General Project Description
The project involves providing complete, thorough, and satisfactory pressure washing services for concrete sidewalks, building awnings, and solar panels across various City of Camarillo locations. This includes furnishing all labor, tools, consumables, aerial work platforms, safety equipment, and supplies. The work must adhere to high standards of quality and performance, with appropriate pressure used to avoid damage. The contract has a term of 36 months, with an option for an additional two (2) one-year extensions. Storm water quality requirements, including Best Management Practices (BMPs) for wash water containment and disposal, employee training on storm water prevention, and providing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for chemicals, are mandatory.
