General Project Description

This project involves the removal of existing and installation of new HVAC equipment at the Camarillo Ranch House and the Camarillo Reclamation Plant facilities. The scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, aerial work platforms, and supplies required for a complete and thorough job, ensuring compliance with EPA requirements, and adherence to California Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Energy (Title 24), and other applicable codes and regulations.
