General Project Description

The Capistrano Unified School District (CUSD) is seeking proposals for E-Rate Category Two funding for access and core layer switches and access points for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. The project involves providing equipment, materials, and services for all applicable CUSD sites, which include 70 entities qualifying for E-Rate discounts. Proposers must be certified E-Rate providers with a valid SPIN number. Awarded agreements are expected to span a three-year term.
