General Project Description
The City of Capitola invites all licensed contractors to submit their firm's name for inclusion on the City's 2026 Calendar Year list of qualified bidders. This list will be used for informally bid projects covered under the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA). Contractors are required to complete and electronically submit an Informal Bidding Application, with the first review of applications scheduled for June 1, 2026. Subsequent applications will be reviewed periodically.
