General Project Description
This project involves the rehabilitation of existing pavement on 41st Avenue using Partial Depth Recycling (PDR) from Clares Street to the County/City boundary. The scope includes improving striping and signing to enhance bicycle accessibility and lane selection for wayfinding. Key work items also include replacing two signal poles, one curb ramp/return at the intersection of Gross Road and 41st Avenue, signal modifications at the State Route (SR)-1 southbound ramp terminal intersection, pavement markings for SR-1 wayfinding, and general improvements for bicycle facilities.
