General Project Description
The Castro Valley Unified School District is seeking construction services for a Lease-Leaseback Project Delivery for the Palomares ES Portable Project. This project involves the installation of one (1) classroom portable, with the specific scope of work to be defined by Division of State Architect (DSA) approved plans and specifications. The selected firm will provide preconstruction services including construction budget and schedule development, review of plans and specifications, detailed cost projections, project constructability reviews, and facilitating community involvement efforts. The firm will also assist the District in obtaining all necessary local and state licenses, permits, and approvals, and will perform the construction phase as a general contractor, adhering to a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
