General Project Description

The project involves improving sidewalks along Cathedral Canyon Drive between Paseo Azulejo and Kiely Road. The scope includes furnishing all necessary supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, utility work, traffic control, and public services coordination. Proposed improvements entail clearing and grubbing, removal of existing concrete and asphalt pavement, construction of Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) sidewalks, ADA pathways, and PCC monolithic curb. Additionally, the work includes lowering and raising utilities to final grade, and removing and replacing Desert Water Agency (DWA) water meter boxes. All work must conform to the Coachella Valley State Implementation Plan (CVSIP) for PM-10 and incorporate Best Management Practices.
