General Project Description

The Center Joint Unified School District is seeking to pre-qualify Design-Build Entities for the progressive design and construction of the new Sierra Vista Elementary School in Roseville, California. The selected entity will be responsible for all obligations from design to construction and close-out, including permitting, agency review and approval (DSA, CDE, City of Roseville), and certification. The scope includes validating space/system requirements, implementing security/technology, verifying codes and utilities, advising on geotechnical/geohazard reports, and project management to maximize State Facility Program reimbursement.
