General Project Description

This contract involves the rehabilitation of Primary Clarifiers No. 4 and 5 and Chlorine Contact Tanks No. 1, 2, and 3. The scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for blasting and recoating steel launder mechanisms, resurfacing sludge hopper concrete, applying a waterproofing water sealer, and repairing deteriorated concrete in the Primary Clarifier tanks. Additionally, work includes recoating walls above the waterline and end walls for Chlorine Contact Tanks, applying new deck coatings on various walkways, and replacing Hypalon sealing strips on expansion joints, all as detailed in the plans and specifications.
