Ceres Unified School District is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND SEALED PROPOSALS FOR LEASE-LEASEBACK OF PHASE ONE OF THE ARGUS & ENDEVAOR CAMPUS, identified under Solicitation ID: -. Work is to be performed near 2503 Lawrence St, Ceres, CA 95307, USA in Stanislaus County.
General Project Description
This project, executed via a lease-leaseback instrument, involves preconstruction and construction services for Phase One of the Argus & Endeavor Campus. The scope includes the demolition and removal of four (4) existing portable classroom buildings, including associated foundations and utilities. New construction comprises Building ‘E’, which will house a Career Technical Education (CTE) laboratory, a science laboratory, two standard classrooms, student and staff restrooms, and support rooms. An Add Alternate, Building ‘F’, includes three standard classrooms and associated service/support rooms. Extensive site development is required, covering site preparation, grading, drainage, restoration, new and modified concrete flatwork, accessible routes, and extensions/connections for water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, gas, power, data, and communications. Additionally, the Contractor will furnish and install photovoltaic (PV) panels on Building 'E' and provide new fire department connections, along with modifying and upgrading the existing campus fire alarm system. The selected LLB Entity is responsible for construction means, methods, code compliance, coordination with the District/design consultants, maintaining a safe and operational campus, protecting existing infrastructure, and project closeout.
