Ceres Unified School District is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSALS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES OF INDIVIDUAL PROJECTS, identified under Solicitation ID: 2026CMS. Work is to be performed near 2503 Lawrence St, Ceres, CA 95307, USA in Stanislaus County.
General Project Description
This project is a Request for Statements of Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ) for Construction Management Services for individual projects for the Ceres Unified School District. The selected Construction Manager (CM) will assist District staff in the development, construction, and post-construction closeout of various projects. Services include pre-design, design review, plan check, bidding coordination, construction oversight, budget management, scheduling, quality review, inspections, document control, and coordination of various project stakeholders. The CM will act as the District's representative and agent, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
