General Project Description

This project involves the construction of picnic shelter renovations at various parks within the City of Cerritos. The scope of work generally includes the demolition and disposal of existing picnic shelter concrete floor slabs, installation of new picnic shelters with concrete slab floors and footings, removal and construction of new concrete improvements, and the installation of benches and other tasks as specified in the Bid Sheet. Work will be performed at locations including Frontier Park.
