General Project Description

The City of Chico is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants to provide on-call professional landscape architectural, plan review, inspection, and plant establishment monitoring services for various City capital improvement projects, which may be locally or federally funded. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis through individual Task Orders and must comply with Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM) and Caltrans Standard Specifications. Project types include streetscape and roadway corridor landscaping, roundabout and median enhancements, park/trail/open-space restoration, stormwater quality and re-vegetation improvements, and public facility frontage, buffer, and aesthetic plantings.
