General Project Description

This project involves the full-depth reclamation of Ceanothus Avenue from Manzanita Avenue to East Avenue. The scope includes the construction of new curb, gutter, sidewalks, curb ramps, residential and commercial driveways, aesthetic bulb outs, sanitary sewer laterals, landscaping, storm drain drop inlets, and striping improvements. Additionally, a new driveway will be constructed on East Avenue into Pleasant Valley High School. The work also includes demolition, excavation, earthwork grading, pavement rehabilitation (full depth reclamation with cement and flexible pavement design), temporary traffic control, water pollution control measures, environmental stewardship, and electrical systems for irrigation.
