General Project Description

The project involves the beautification of Park Avenue, aimed at replacing the existing multi-use path and implementing various landscape and infrastructure improvements. The scope includes planting trees and additional landscaping, updating and replacing outdated irrigation infrastructure, constructing footings for new artwork along the Park Avenue corridor, and installing waste bins along Park Avenue and the Comanche Creek Greenway. General civil engineering, site preparation, and electrical work are also integral parts of the project.
