General Project Description

This project involves the removal and replacement of ninety-three (93) manual operating interior, chain-driven dual shade light-filtering and room-darkening roller shades at the City of Chico Municipal Center (411 Main Street, Chico CA 95928). The scope includes installing new clutch shade systems on exterior windows, removing existing shades, installing all necessary hardware for safe and fully functional roll-down window covering systems, and adjusting and balancing roller shades for smooth, easy, safe, and malfunction-free operation throughout their entire range. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary permits, labor, materials, and equipment.
