General Project Description

The project involves the refurbishment of twelve (12) existing portable classroom buildings, each approximately 24’ x 40’, located at Ayala High School. The work includes comprehensive demolition of existing interior elements such as flooring, tack panel wall systems, ceiling tiles, and light fixtures. Refurbishment involves preparing and painting ceiling grids, installing new ceiling tiles, upgrading to LED lightbulbs, installing new ceiling light panels and tack panel wall systems, preparing floors for new carpet tiles, installing new baseboards, and installing plywood backing for future TV mounts. The contractor is responsible for all necessary labor, equipment, repairs, supervision, and providing materials not supplied by the District.
