General Project Description

This project involves the FY 2025-26 Street Improvements Program within various residential areas of the City of Chino Hills. The scope of work includes mobilization, traffic control, selective 2-inch asphalt concrete grind and overlay, full-width 1.5-inch asphalt concrete grind and overlay, crack seal, application of Type I conventional slurry, adjustment of existing utility manhole and water valve can covers to final grade, removal and installation of vehicle detector loops, and restoration of striping, pavement markings/markers, and legends. The project aims to enhance street infrastructure through various pavement maintenance and utility adjustment activities.
