General Project Description

The Citrus Community College District is seeking Design-Build (D-B) teams for the construction of a new Center for Excellence Building. The project utilizes a progressive design-build methodology and a two-phase solicitation process (RFQ followed by RFP). The scope includes, but is not limited to, the construction of the main building, building components, site work, ancillary structures, associated site work demolition, kitchenette, offices, a Sanctuary Building, parking facilities, and improvements required to comply with ADA, DSA, CGS, CEQA, and DTSC regulations. It also involves utility agency approvals, interconnections, and the coordination of District-furnished furniture and equipment installation. The D-BE team will be responsible for full design, engineering, construction, and related services, adhering to District standards and sustainability plans.
