General Project Description

The City of Citrus Heights is soliciting proposals for professional Construction Management, Inspection, and Materials Testing Services for the Roseville Road and Butternut Drive Intersection Improvements & Systematic Signalized Intersection Improvements Project. This project, which is State Funded and administered under Caltrans LAPM, involves significant roadway and infrastructure enhancements. The scope of the underlying construction project includes the construction of new sidewalks, curb ramps, curb, and gutter, storm drainage improvements, street lighting modifications, pavement rehabilitation, restoration of traffic striping and markings, and modifications to existing traffic signal backplates at the Roseville Road and Butternut Drive intersection and 35 other signalized locations. The requested consulting services encompass resident engineering, construction management, construction inspection, materials testing, project coordination, submittal tracking, change order evaluation, daily reporting, schedule monitoring, EEO interviews, claims management, record drawing review, and overall quality assurance for these civil engineering trades.
