City College of San Francisco is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Creative Arts Extension Sewage Ejector Replacement, identified under Solicitation ID: IFB# 2026-063. Work is to be performed near 50 Frida Kahlo Way, San Francisco, CA 94112, USA in San Francisco County.
General Project Description
This project involves the removal of existing sewage ejector equipment and the installation of new pumps, piping, controls, and associated electrical work. The purpose is to restore redundancy and ensure reliable conveyance of wastewater to the main sewer line at the CCSF Ocean Campus. The scope includes demolition and replacement of old concrete pads and electrical cabinets, replacement of the entire electrical assembly, system verification of sump pumps and controllers, confined space entry, disconnection and removal of existing pumps and piping, and installation of new pumps, sub bases, isolation valves, and check valves.
