General Project Description

This project involves the upgrade of Lift Station 80-03 on Cook Street. The scope includes the construction of a new sewer lift station with wet well pumps, piping, valves, and electrical components, a new CMU electrical building, and new standby generator with automatic transfer switch and load bank. It also requires the installation of new odor control equipment and associated electrical equipment. Existing wet well/dry pit will be converted/modified for emergency storage, including structural modifications and waterproofing. The project also encompasses mobilization, site demolition, removal of existing infrastructure, all associated civil, yard piping, mechanical, electrical work, along with testing, startup, commissioning, and project construction survey. Contractors must self-perform a minimum of 30% of the work.
