General Project Description

This project involves the replacement of 93 streetlights in the residential area of Colma, California. The scope of work includes the removal of existing streetlights (which become the contractor's property), the installation of new streetlights on existing foundations, traffic control, public notification, stormwater pollution prevention, and grouting of existing streetlight bases. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and permits necessary to complete the work in strict compliance with the contract drawings and specifications, including site preparation, demolition, and restoration.
