General Project Description

The Colton Joint Unified School District is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide on-call services for various Measure BB and Measure G related projects over the next three years. The scope of services includes master planning, conceptual design, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, technical specifications, value engineering, permitting/agency approvals, bidding, construction administration, and post-construction phases. These services encompass architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, low voltage, plumbing, civil engineering, interior finishes, and landscape design for a diverse range of K-12 school facility projects, with an emphasis on safety, security, integration into neighborhoods, and sustainability.
