General Project Description

This project involves the installation of mural lighting systems at the Mixmaster Underpass and City Hall Parking Lot. The scope includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals for the installation and full operation of mural lighting systems, lighting poles, wall wash fixtures, security camera systems, antenna poles, and associated electrical infrastructure. Work must adhere to Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction ("Greenbook"), American Public Works Association Standard Plans, California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (CAMUTCD), Caltrans Standard Plans, and all local and national electrical codes. The project also requires the implementation of Best Management Practices (BMPs) for stormwater compliance and the establishment of construction staking and traffic control measures.
