General Project Description

This project involves the construction of new improvements at the existing landscape median within the Caltrans Right of Way. The scope includes site demolition, clearing and grubbing of existing trees and vegetation, new SCE electrical service and panel installation, site grading and drainage improvements, monument signage installation, electrical supply and lighting, rock cobble installation, retaining wall construction, decomposed granite and stone work, and comprehensive landscape and irrigation improvements. The project also requires utility system connections and hardscape to integrate with new and existing site utilities and adjacent paving.
