Compton Community College is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES, identified under Solicitation ID: RFP CCC-091. General Project Description

The Compton Community College District is soliciting proposals for property management services for its new on-campus student housing community at Compton College. The selected partner will provide comprehensive full-service operations, including financial and administrative management, licensing, resident services, facilities coordination, student-centered housing management, leasing, maintenance, residential life programs, and oversight of capital improvements. The project aims to create a safe and inclusive housing environment for a diverse student population, with an initial capacity of 250 beds (expandable to 290 beds). The Property Manager will maintain an ongoing collaborative relationship with the District to ensure effective and compliant operation of the housing facility.
