General Project Description

This project involves concrete improvements for residential pavement maintenance in Concord, California, focusing on areas near Landana Drive and Clayton Way. The scope includes general mobilization and preparatory work (submittals, schedules, pedestrian detour plans, sequence plans), securing work areas for public safety, daily site cleanup, clearing and grubbing, traffic control, and water pollution control programs.
