General Project Description

The City of Concord is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services for various median zones and bio-swale locations. The scope of work includes regular mowing, edging, grass clipping removal, foreign matter cleanup, refuse disposal, weed control, mulching, tree trimming (for safety and health), plant replacement due to contractor negligence, turf aeration, and full operation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems, all adhering to the City’s Landscape Maintenance Standards. Additionally, special services such as mulch installation, irrigation mainline repairs, and general landscaping (planting, pruning) will be provided on request.
