General Project Description

This project involves residential pavement maintenance in the City of Concord, California. The scope of work includes mobilization, public safety and site cleanup, daily street sweeping, clearing and grubbing, tree trimming, traffic control, and water pollution control. Key pavement activities include rubberized cape seal (AR AM), digouts, wedge grinding, cold planning of asphalt pavement, placement of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), lowering and adjustment of utility covers, removal and replacement of traffic striping and pavement markings, installation of roadside signs, and all other work as specified in the Plans and Project Manual.
