General Project Description

This federally funded Local Assistance project involves the removal and replacement of existing Midwest Guardrail System and end anchors, installation of Type 60K Portable Concrete Barriers, striping, signage, and markings. The scope also includes general construction elements like demolition, clearing, grubbing, minor roadway grading for drainage, and traffic control. Additionally, it requires the implementation of water pollution prevention and dust control plans, management of hazardous waste residue from existing traffic stripes, and post-construction survey monument adjustments.
