General Project Description

This project involves the purchase and installation of a 72' x 40' Type A Multi-Purpose Room Building for Santiago High School Stadium. The scope includes site preparation (grading by others), concrete foundations and lightweight concrete floors, and the full installation of the portable building. Key work components are roofing (Single Ply Thermoplastic PVC membrane, Sarnafil Roofing), T-111 siding for exterior finishes, installation of 18 GA painted hollow metal window frames with 1" Low-E glazing, integration of mechanical systems (5-ton roof-mounted HVAC) into the District BMS, and complete interior finishes. The project also covers the installation of flooring, base, wall finishes, 10'-0" ceilings, thermal and sound insulation, doors (6’x7’ double hollow metal with 9”Wx36”H vision light and panic hardware), frames, and hardware. Electrical work includes basic wiring, interior and exterior lighting with wireless controls, and various data/AV provisions like data J-boxes, interior/exterior receptacles, blocking for projection screens/projectors, clocks, security conduits, fire alarm conduits, exterior hose bibs, and fire extinguisher cabinets. Final exterior and interior cleaning and project supervision are also required.
