General Project Description

This project involves the renovation of the existing natural turf East Field at Town Park to create a more uniform and durable playing surface for soccer and other field sports. The scope includes removal and disposal of existing natural grass turf and unsuitable surface material, import and fine grading of topsoil for drainage and mowing, adjustment and reset of existing irrigation heads to match new grades, installation of new natural grass sod, and other related work such as protection of existing improvements, temporary fencing, field closure, turf establishment, and final site cleanup.
