General Project Description

This project involves the rehabilitation of multiple parking lots and fire station concrete areas across various locations within the Cosumnes Community Services District in Elk Grove and Galt, CA. The scope includes furnishing all necessary labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, and permits for comprehensive cleaning, repairs, resurfacing, and line painting. Specific activities include seal coating, crack filling, asphalt pavement removal and replacement, and re-striping of asphalt and concrete parking lots to match existing pavement markings and curbs, as well as applying new fire markings where specified.
