General Project Description

This project involves the cleaning, repairs, resurfacing, and line painting of various sport courts in public parks within the Cosumnes Community Services District. The work includes site protection, thorough cleaning of surfaces, correcting ponding water, repairing existing holes, cracks, and spalled areas using specified patch mixes and repair materials. The application process involves an acrylic resurfacer coat (NOVASURFACE® with sand), followed by two coats of color (NOVAPLAY®) to match existing court colors and specifications (e.g., Grass Green and Stadium Blue). Finally, new court lines are to be painted with NOVATEX® paint, including White lines for general courts and Light Blue for pickleball overlays. The project encompasses work at multiple park sites across the city.
