General Project Description

This project involves the comprehensive restroom remodel at Lighthouse Cove RV Park. The scope of work encompasses providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for the construction, as per drawings and specifications. The project includes demolition of existing tile, CMU partitions, built-in shelving, plumbing fixtures, a 2-inch topping slab in the ADA stall, shower soffits and walls, and bath accessories. Further work includes framing and rough-in modifications, installation of 5/8-inch marine grade plywood for high-performance resinous wall coatings, slope correction, and the installation of resinous flooring throughout bathrooms and high-performance resinous wall coatings in showers. The project also entails installing new finishes, fixtures, partitions, and accessories. An alternate bid item involves the supply and setup of temporary restroom/shower trailers (two non-ADA, one ADA) for public use for the project's duration.
