Cucamonga Valley Water District is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Construct Waterline in Base Line Road from Deer Creek Channel to Milliken Avenue, identified under Solicitation ID: CP25032. Work is to be performed near 10440 Ashford St, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, USA in San Bernardino County.
General Project Description
This project involves the construction of a waterline in Base Line Road, extending from Deer Creek Channel to Milliken Avenue, within the City of Rancho Cucamonga. The scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to construct approximately 3,414 linear feet of 12-inch cement mortar lined and coated (CML&C) steel pipes in public streets, along with associated fire hydrants, air-vac assemblies, and water services. Key activities include mobilization, traffic control, compaction testing, potholing existing utilities, record drawings, abandonment of existing pipes, trench repair, pavement overlay, restriping, traffic loop installation, and the furnishing and installation of various resilient wedge gate valves and tie-overs. The project also entails the installation of 2-inch air-vac release assemblies, fire hydrant assemblies (short and long side), and 2-inch irrigation copper services, including District-furnished meters and meter boxes.
