Specifications: Horizontal Control to be Class I Third Order (1/10,000 or better), established on State Plane Coordinate System, 2007 Epoch, and NAVD 29.
• Quantity: 1  Unit: LS  Work Item: Conduct field survey work to establish ground control based on city and county benchmarks, and State Plane Coordinates (X, Y, Z elevations) as measured off found street centerline monuments; provide a topographic map with appropriate annotations for areas where monuments cannot be located.
