General Project Description
The Cucamonga Valley Water District is soliciting proposals for boundary and topographic survey services in anticipation of constructing a waterline in Malachite Avenue, from Devon Street to Arrow Route. The project encompasses researching existing survey control, establishing precise horizontal and vertical control (State Plane Coordinate System, 2007 Epoch and NAVD 29, Class I Third Order accuracy), setting property monuments, performing extensive field surveys for ground control, conducting aerial mapping with a 200-foot limit, and supplementary field surveying to capture details of obscured features and utility elevations. The scope also includes utility research and verification, obtaining necessary permits, and re-establishing controls or retracing boundaries/easements as required. The consultant will deliver stamped and wet-signed topographic maps in both physical and digital (AutoCAD 2018 compatible) formats.
