General Project Description

This project involves citywide sidewalk maintenance for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. The scope of work includes furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals necessary for street improvements. Major work components specifically include grinding and/or lateral sawcutting existing concrete sidewalks, removing and replacing existing concrete sidewalks, and all related work as per plans and specifications. This project also includes mobilization/demobilization, traffic control, adherence to NPDES/WWECP and Best Management Practices, public convenience and safety, construction staking by a land surveyor, and clearing and grubbing.
