General Project Description

The Cupertino Union School District is seeking proposals for E-Rate Eligible Category 2 Products and Services for the Funding Year 2026 (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027). The project involves the procurement of various networking equipment, including switches, SFP+ modules, stacking cables, and associated software/controller licenses, for internal connections and basic maintenance across 26 school sites. Vendors are encouraged to propose alternative technologies or solutions that could improve functionality or reduce cost, in addition to estimating the specified items.
