General Project Description

The project involves the rehabilitation of Jimmy Durante Boulevard, including construction of pavement reconstruction, traffic control, and traffic striping. The work also includes mobilization, demobilization, cleanup, storm water pollution prevention and erosion control with SWPPP development, traffic control and construction staging, record drawing preparation, adjustment of existing sewer manholes, storm drain manholes, water valve covers, and well monuments to finish grade. Pavement work involves localized dig-outs for AC removal and replacement, cold milling (grinding) of existing asphalt concrete pavement at 1-1/2" and 2-1/2" depths, and placement of variable depth asphalt concrete pavement.
