General Project Description

The City of Del Mar is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide scheduled and as-needed citywide landscaping services under a three-year agreement with an option for a two-year extension. The work includes comprehensive turf management, shrub/flower bed maintenance, fertilization, sweeping artificial grass surfaces, cleaning hardscape, environmental weed and pest control programs, and full irrigation equipment and operations for various city properties including medians, public parks, public buildings, pathways, and reservoir properties. Supplemental as-needed landscape maintenance and trimming services will also be required, covering open space, pathways, parks, and medians. Contractors are responsible for providing all equipment, labor, and materials.
