General Project Description

The Delano Union School District is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide, configure, and deliver network infrastructure equipment to complement existing Aruba Network infrastructure. The project includes the provision of various HPE Aruba network switches, power supplies, and DAC cables, along with 5-year Aruba Central Cloud Switch Licenses. Additionally, the scope encompasses the supply of Tripp Lite Lithium Battery UPS rack mount and tower UPS units, and associated labor for configuring new switches to align with existing VLANs, settings, and naming schemes across up to 12 schools and the District's Aruba Cloud. All new equipment must be thoroughly documented, including purchase order number, product description, part number, serial number, asset tag, IP address, and installation/configuration details. The project is contingent on E-Rate funding.
