Delano Union Elementary School District is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Network Cloud Licenses, identified under Solicitation ID: RFP #2026-003. Work is to be performed near 1405 12th Ave, Delano, CA 93215, USA in Kern County.
General Project Description
The Delano Union School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Aruba Network Switch and Wi-Fi Cloud Licenses. These licenses are intended to support existing Aruba switches (model 6200) and Aruba Access Points (AP300 Series and AP600 Series). The required licenses must support centralized cloud-based monitoring and management, configuration and policy deployment, firmware management and updates, visibility into port status, VLANs, device health, alerts, reporting, and troubleshooting tools, along with role-based administrative access. The project also includes labor for support and assistance in integrating these licenses into the Aruba Central Cloud system. All new products and services must be E-Rate eligible, and documentation including purchase order number, product description, part number, serial number, asset tag, IP address, install location, and configuration documentation is required upon completion. The project is contingent on E-Rate funding.
