General Project Description

This project involves the pavement resurfacing and rehabilitation of Albany Street, High Street, and Princeton Street within the City of Delano. The scope of work includes asphalt concrete overlay, cold planing of existing pavement, deep patch repairs, and miscellaneous improvements. Key tasks also encompass adjusting utility manholes and water valve boxes to grade, fog sealing, installation of traffic striping and pavement markers and markings, and construction of curb ramps, curb & gutter, and sidewalks. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services needed to complete a fully functional project as per the plans and specifications.
