General Project Description

This project involves general contractor services for the renovation and second-story expansion of the Dixon Police Department. The scope of work includes minor site demolition and improvements, building demolition on the first floor, structural improvements to add approximately 3,000 square feet for a second story, HVAC removal and replacement for the entire building, electrical improvements throughout the building, and new interior construction for much of the first floor and the new second floor. The original design from 1989 had provisions for this future expansion.
