General Project Description

This project is an informal bid for repairs, maintenance, or construction services for the Emerald Glen Ballfield. The primary scope includes site clearing, demolition, and comprehensive landscape and irrigation improvements. Key enhancements involve modifications to ballfield surfaces and layout for Fields A, B, and C, installation of new dugouts, bullpens, and chain link fencing with netting for Fields A and B, and placement of a concrete pad for a storage container. Additional work covers existing tree protection, installation of base courses and concrete paving for various site elements, miscellaneous paving and surfacing including infield fines and warning tracks, and planting, turf establishment, and ongoing landscape maintenance, all adhering to specified materials and methods.

Minimum 3000 psi compressive strength at 28 days.

Specifications: ASTM A392 Class 1 steel wire (1.2 oz zinc/SF), 2-inch mesh, 9-gauge wire.
