General Project Description

The City of Dublin Building & Safety Division is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to pre-qualify a limited number of full-service consulting firms to provide on-call professional services for plan review and inspection of construction projects within the City. The scope includes plan review and inspection services for commercial, residential, and government buildings and structures, ensuring compliance with the California Building Standards Code, the City's Municipal Code, relevant State and Federal Laws, approved construction documents, and coordination with City agencies. Consultants will also perform other related activities as requested, including Permit Technician or Building Official services, and assist with code updates and public information.
