General Project Description

This project involves the furnishing and installation of approximately 2,100 linear feet of 24-inch mortar lined and coated steel pipe, 1,500 linear feet of 24-inch mortar lined and plastic coated steel pipe with associated connection piping and appurtenances in Alameda, CA. Key work includes the installation of 450 linear feet of conductor casing and 2,100 linear feet of 30-inch HDPE pipe using horizontal directional drilling. The scope also encompasses traffic control, final paving and restoration of streets, establishing clean utility trenches, supporting pipeline connection work, abandoning existing pipelines, demolition, saw-cutting, hazardous materials handling, excavation, shoring, fill, concrete, bolting, welding, pipeline, trucking, and other related work.
